The Yog Sanskar program encompasses a comprehensive suite of yogic disciplines designed to promote holistic well-being. Participants will engage in breathing techniques, catharsis methods, mantra chanting, yogasanas, dwanda yudhda kala, pranayama, meditation, and dance. Additionally, the program imparts knowledge on health and nutrition, sanitation and cleanliness, restful sleep, behavioral science, and the principles of service (sewa) and offering. Through these teachings, participants will learn to adopt a balanced lifestyle, fostering both physical and mental health, and understanding the significance of service and offering in achieving inner peace.
